Makes scheduled phone calls to older adults in order to ensure their safety and well-being.

- Calls are made at a scheduled time between 8AM and 4PM
- If participant doesn't answer, 2 more attempts are made before notifying an alternate contact
- If the alternate contact doesn't answer, local non-emergency services are notified
- Does not provide live operator responses or call 911
