Helps young adults experiencing homelessness obtain housing and work toward long-term stability. Housing Assistance More information:
- Offers mobile case management for young adults who are not staying in the shelter
- Connects participants with landlords and income-based housing
- Links participants with employment, education, legal, healthcare, identification, and rental assistance resources
- Offers parenting, financial literacy, and other life-skills training
- Provides case management for up to two years after housing or until the participant’s 26th birthday
