  • Provides medical benefits to eligible individuals who cannot afford to pay their medical bills 
  • Cash assistance is available for eligible children, parents, and other relatives of those who qualify 
  • Offers assistance to residents who are totally disabled and cannot work for a minimum of 3 months
  • Emergency cash assistance is provided once a year to families with children for court-ordered evictions, foreclosures, utility cut-offs, and burial assistance
