Eligibility
Veterans who meet the following criteria:
Homeless within the last 60 days
Imminent risk of homelessness
Enrolled in HUD-VASH or SSVF RRH
Transitioning from incarceration
Low-income families who are losing their housing
Required documents
DD214 or proof of discharge other than dishonorable.
