Eligibility

Individuals who meet the income requirements and who do not have a Child in Need of Assistance (CINA) case or petition filed.

Required documents

Photo ID and social security card may be needed for referrals and services.

Provides legal assistance, resources for mental health treatment, community service connections, and peer support to prevent children from being removed from their homes and help keep families together.
